The only way you can detect these would be to hold the coin under a light and (slowly) tilt it up-and-down and side-to-side and these very small nicks would reveal the shiny silver through the cameo.</p><p><br /></p><p>I don&#039;t know why you would want to cross it from PCGS to NGC unless, of course, it has already been submitted to PCGS for review and it was determined that it would not upgrade. If this is the case, then I think you would be wasting your money.
