PAMP Suisse Gold bar ebay sale-need advice

Oh yeah and No way in hell should you EVER send some guy gold before he pays you cash money... I can see ebay being a BAD place for any precious metal trade over 1k... too much buyer power and I have several 10kg bars in my bank safe (gold, purchased in dubai in 2000). They don't have assay cards but they are stamped w/ arabic numbers (.9999) and (24k) (and letters, they were assayed on the spot and came into this country via a friend with a yacht... took 2 years to get to LA but it was worth it) . I wouldn't buy gold in large quantities in this country, too many taxes. 10g seems fine though, although since i payed 280 for my 8.xxxg 1/4tr oz round on APMEX I don't see how 390 is a great deal, nor do i see why anyone would want to assay (destroy) a perfectly good already assayed 10g bar. he's gonna pay $50 and get 9.9g back, and who's gonna want a privately assayed 9.9g bar? Sounds like your dealing with a retard/child. A hostile one at that. edit: oh and by Large quantities I mean more than a few tr ozs.
