Its an illusion though. I said this to see if anyone would catch it. Silver would have to be $15 today for me to just be even. No one ever figures inflation into their cost basis.

Yeah I'm thinking 20 ASE, 20 silver maples, and 1oz gold. I really want a St. Gaudens but the only thing holding me back is that it only contains .96oz instead of a full ounce or I'm thinking of a 2013 Australian Kangaroo.

3K? I'd go for 5oz pucks...non-pm would be 200 coin bags of 2012 kennedy halves from the US mint website (they will probably pull them off them off the site in the next few weeks).

buy 100 1963,19631965,1966 or 1967 Canadian proof sets you get 1.11 ounces per set I just bought a few myself for 25.00 today on ebay and they only made 1 or 2 million of em fifty years ago.............at least you have don't waste your premium on American eagles or pandas or the flavor of the day 2012 and 2013 silver eagles are crap ............the people that bought 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 silver eagles are under water bad and will be for a while if you get these for 30 and silver does nothing they will be worth at least 35 or 40 by year end

 

well i know of certain coins on the market that are guaranteed to go up by 100 % over the next 6 months or so. now making money on coins is a rare phenomena i should say extremely rare for short term investments but here comes an opportunity and true to the beauty of life it will pass me by
