See @paddyman98. You don't need that gear of yours. Just his wife.

Oh. Found a cent today. In the middle of a main drag. Good thing traffic was light

No, I had not seen it. Thanks for the link. I got a kick out of your newest acronyms: Fic and Fim. (You haven't used Fie, Fi, Fo or Fum yet).

During this spring in NYC, coins might be treated like Kryptonite - discarded so as not to cause an infection by repeated touching - FOG opportunities a-plenty - keep up the good work & wash your hands ;)

And the 'moolah' keeps rolling in. Invest all that money in 'penny' stocks and in 50 yrs. you can retire, could happen.:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

Just a thought....many people, especially in NY, love feeding popcorn and nuts to ducks and squirrels. But, with the quarantine , many are unable to partake in this rewarding and worthwhile endeavor. It definitely seems to be raining cents and dimes these days for Paddyman in The Big Apple. I'm thinking there is a fair possibility that many New Yorkers are flinging pennies ("cents" to anyone worth their salt here at CT) from their balconies when they see Paddyman drifting their way. I wouldn't be shocked if a few are even burying some coinage in a few of Paddyman's favorite hunting grounds, knowing full well that New York's General Douglas MacArthur, most definitely would be returning.

This may be off the wall, however I like to visit ancient historical sites around the country (Thailand), and carefully insert into the soil various world coins of small value. My hope is that some archaeologist in the future will be puzzled as to why this strange foreign coin is found here.

Not sure exactly what went on with it but, don’t think the damage was caused by being run over.

Don't quit your day-job for that one ;) . Shows, though, that tourism might be picking up (so YOU can keep on "picking up").

Yesterday my wife found 1,500 baht in folding money on the ground out in the parking lot of Makro here in Korat. It was under the wheel of a flat bed she had to move so I could bring our shopping cart near to the truck. At first she wanted to run around and find out who lost it and return it, and I told her they were long gone and it was finders keepers. She kept on worrying about who ever lost it being all bummed out.
