  1. image.jpeg image.jpeg Howdy, found this at an antique shop. Its an old lead ingot for sure, but would love to know more! Any thoughts?

    maybe someone punched leather or belts or something on top of it.
  4. I know its just lead, but might it contain value? It does look old to me.

    It's worth at least it's value in lead but you would have to do some due diligence in researching those letters on it. My Dad used a block of lead as a ground source for the television for years.

    Plumbers used a lot of lead years ago.

    Nice door stop.
    The city building down town has a couple without the lettering.
    Someday I'll get a picture of the 4 of them.
    I googled L.G. CO lead bar and found your other post :D nothing else.
    Skeet shooters that roll their own shells Would burn that up in short order.
