    I'm going to sign up my nephew to this site. He's 7 years old.

    Him and his generation can continue this thread when they get older, hopefully they will have better luck with silver over $20....

    :crying::rolleyes:

    Maybe they will look back and laugh at our old posts... silver under $20 and they complained and whined about this/that... LOL!

    We gotta start sometime... I started coin collecting around that age and started into bullion as a teen. Ever so glad I did!

    I'm not there yet krispy. I just have a "hunch" that silver will get back around $16 an oz. in 2010. I have very little hard evidence to back this claim other than working in the industrial chemical production field.

    I am not there yet either. I am a long-term investor, so I am applying patience :). I don't have a specific price target, I use very simple technical indicators instead, and I think for a long-term investor this saves money. I also believe that one must buy once one has decided to do it, whatever method one chooses, as Krispy has noted elsewhere. Otherwise patience can morph into procrastination :).

    Indeed! If we can only convince the folks who keep hanging on for a few dollars lower to buy while they have a chance on the dips...

    That's the thing, I don't think we can count on THOSE people. Because when it drops $1, they will think it will go further and try to time the bottom.
    Then they will miss out when it recovers....

    It's a vicious cycle I think....

    Case in point swagge1 from this post, amongst others over time, which is only partly what he's loosing out on, time and opportunities (plural) to buy.
