elaine: Gold's been up overnight... just saw $1064.80 in Asian trading.

BTW: now I'm currently at 15,047 (useless) credits.

 

we just need 1,059.46 and below to get one bracket lower. currently the price of gold is $1,057.90 per ounce. krispy. we have a chance.

 

It turns out the India doubled their gold reserves overnight. That accounts for the spike in Au prices. They may drop after a while when the dust settles.

 

Gold break all time record high today at $1,082.30 per ounce.

 

Gold is rising on emotion and a weak dollar. Mark my words...the first 1/4% interest rate hike will wring money out of the gold market like water out of a bloated ShamWOW...or course, that may not be until 2011.

 

India bought from imf 200 ton of gold. Equivalent to 7,040,000 ounces of gold. Value at 7.5 billions. China should have easily buy that too.

 

Gold all time high at $1,087.60 per ounce. it might break $1,100.00 soon.

At this pace, the Van Buren Liberty could be the new "Key" to the FS series. Last week, some of the FS coins actually had negative sales!

At the time gold was $1k and so was platinum.

Today, gold is just under $1,086 and platinum is $1,361.

Two more months to go, then I get to say "I told you so".
