New Norfed 2017 Trump Dollar bullion just arrived - proof instead of UNC?

Well I ordered the Uncirculated ones, but what I received was definitely DCAM proofs!

Has anyone else bought these, and have you received yet?

The pictures look like it's crummy font quality, but actually they are razor sharp - and those are reflections in the mirror surface!

My Inauguration day ones are in transit.... I have one of the regular 2016 ones as well, and a bunch of various earlier Norfeds....

Would there be any point in getting these certified?

 

Okay, that's better. They are not NORFED after all. And I see they got round it by putting on MSRP next to the value.

 

Anything is possible, but these are readily available. I was thinking it when I saw the DCAM's in the tube.

It's bullion. Not legal tender. Kind of neat but not in my wheelhouse.

 

I'm guessing with the legalese "Not to be used as current money" that I'm not going to be able to spend one on a double half caff latte at Starbucks or on a minuscule clothing article at Nordstrom.
