My produce man told me to buy gold is it time to sell?

    Except for the incident at the Ethiopian central bank, those stories are all unconfirmed reports from Rob Kirby's anonymous sources. That would make me nervous even if I were familiar with Rob Kirby.

    I got an email from someone in Ghana, on my Russian email account, asking if I would like to invest in their gold mine in Ghana - don't all rush to send your hard earned rubles to Africa, I am beating the door down for this wondrous opportunity that has replaced the Nigerian bank scam.:D

    I disagree. Look at the stock market. That's usually a good 6 month indicator to where we are going as an Economy.

    The produce man may be right................he can't be any more clueless than some of the bank managers I have spoke with in the past week regarding precious metals.

    It's two years old, and quite informative. If "Produce Pete" had taken his own advice back then, he could have made quite a sizable return on his investment.
