My first Russian Silver Wire coin

    I was intrigued, so last week bought my first Russian XVIth century Silver Wire coin. thanks @Pishpash, these are cool!

    Nice coin @Mat! Yours is about twice the size of mine, and has the Cyrillic legend:)

    Those are much more complete and better struck than the little boogers I had once! Mine were on pretty oblong flans. There were about a half-dozen of 'em I got in a lot somewhere.
