That's one of our groups gold placer claim names in Arizona.

 

To who, them ? I think taking care of customers like me that come back and then come back some more by offering something that the other levels dont provide
like preferred shipping which would at least make me feel a little special...LOL

 

Customer service means little where big business is concerned. The way they got you they'll get a million more. Sad, but that's become the attitude with large sellers of most things.

 

Looks like big business is ignoring the little guy, thats ok as there are many other
good choices to buy

Just curious, what is the anniversary gift you get from APMEX?

 

I got the email "Introducing the Bullion Club!" on April 12, so this is rather new.
The site says:

Celebrate your loyalty with special offers on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 10th anniversaries from your second purchase.
My second purchase was in 2011, so I wonder if I'm due 4 anniversary gifts. Probably not.

 

I'm curious as well, I've bought a few things but in no way are a regular.
