    100% unresolved. Initial contact to resolve was almost immediate and impressive. However, that does nothing for me.

    I cannot find an email from you asking me what you would like us to do to resolve the issue. Let's try the telephone. Call Andy at 1 800 362 9004 EXT 224, and he will put you through to me. You have my word, we'll resolve it to your satisfaction. We did research and can't find any orders from you on our website, only on ebay. -John
