I had a very generous tip in my industry.
Put it into a 10OZT bar.
I found one of these on the interwebs, that was #786.

WoW! 10 OZ? That's priceless but happened to the old boy? People are always looking to protect their collections with what I call.... "Collections with Weapons". This is definitely a good weapon to have during a burglary, no? ;)

    Nice 10oz U.S.V.I. Ingot.
    From what I read...The 785 or 786 is a lot number.
Some people were thinking it was a date of manufacturer.
There are a few other varieties and some marked AMARK.

It looks like it's been buried a few times.

I have been looking thru the internet and was hoping to find a place that I could date the bar. No luck I figured it was a lot #, but can't find any type of numbering system.

Very cool read RTE. Says that USVI was inly in business for 4 years. I knew the bar looked vintage but really had no idea. Thanks
