The 2008 financial crisis was prompted by extreme greed and absolute disregard for the small investors whose entire futures hinge on the success of markets that the those in the financial sector were so carelessly manipulating. Kramer was (and still is) a mouthpiece for the industry, knew of the risks the toxic assets presented, and willfully participated in pumping them all the same.  He was deservedly exposed as a hypocrite and a fraud.[/QUOTE]
