Has anybody bought from the bullion exchanges on the bay ?

Not so nice, though, when the owner spams my eBay mailing address. As far as I know, I've never done business with Monument -- but I just received an email directed to the dedicated address I use for eBay transactions.

Now, this address isn't exactly secret; everyone I've ever bought from or sold to on eBay has it, I think. Any of those people could have sold or leaked my address to Monument. But I did not solicit email from random commercial dealers, and I darn sure haven't "opted in at [their] website".

Is this perhaps a rebranding of Penn Metals, or someone who bought out their mailing list post-collapse? I did sell a couple of things to them, fortunately early enough to get my money.
