There you go, can't trust that answer! Didn't I read that phone calls go to some contractor in Indiana, whoops I mean India, that are not actual mint employees?

In 1979, I had a mint employee tell me that the final mintage of the 1979-s SBA business strike was 100k. I cornered the mark on them and was out looking at new 450SL's. Then the mintage was announced as over 100m.

it's too late to change any mint mark. cause the mint will sell it on august 7.

Perfect! Allows the TPG'ers to make a fortune too because all sets will have to be sent (sealed) to get the S designation. Then the TPG'ers can send most of the 70's to their big clients because none of us will know what our coins actually looked like. Remember: Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they don't take advantage of you.

LOL!!!!!!! I like that, an FU mint mark! For not buying as many sf sets as we all predicted. Of course an S mint mark would be the same as an FU mintmark. Maybe the TPG'ers could certify it as the FU-Less S mint mark.
