It has been vetoed, modified, and re-introduced several times with differing language meant to constrain the forms of precious metals eligible for the abatement. I&#039;ve read through the text of the law several times and am still a bit confused.</p><p>One of my local coin dealers has a business partner with a legal degree so the next time I stop in I&#039;ll have to ask what their interpretation is and what products will be available sans sales tax.</p><p>It would be great if junk silver was exempted from sales tax but I&#039;m not holding my breath.</p><p><br /></p><p>Your thoughts?[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
