I believe you will find it virtually impossible to meet Tulvings&#039; prices, no need to negotiate, and many of the &quot;dealers&quot; purchase their inventory from Tulving. Actually it is relatively simple for an investment group to meet their minimums, as I&#039;ve formed groups to do same for many years. 20 people investing less than $500 each can meet their PM minimum. I&#039;ve helped numerous investors to earn a considerable amount by &quot;PM GROUP purchasing/selling&quot;. It appears that the average investor would rather pay a larger premium multiple times, and whine, than save multiple times to pay a smaller premium, and cheer.
