If prices aren't moving you will have some say BUY now while prices are low. Some will say, why bother? There's no indication that you should buy. Then as prices rise, you may find yourself unable to buy the quantities that makes the purchase worth it. So you wish they would dip again. So at the end, I suppose it's really all speculative and timing is key.[/QUOTE]
