New gold I picked up Friday. The LCS made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. 1 grammers at spot, no premium!

Love the 2016 set up there, I have the half and the SLQ but not the Mercury dime, and not the 70's either! :D Here's one of my little guys with a New Orleans Mint mark, worn out but still worth some moola! 112.gif

    Love the set too.
I managed to pick up 2 of the dimes (sold one off to a member of the coin club for $50, so the one I kept was $50 cheaper)
I picked up the quarter cheaper then the going rate on Ebay ( just a fluke thing)

Went searching for the half dollar and didn't want to pay the $900 they were bring so I figured I'll wait it out....now you cant look at one for $1200 in 70.
Well my bad, I guess the search goes on for one at the $900 range.

Goldrush time! :D Here's one of my favorite quarter eagles from 1849! :cigar: I wanted one of these gold coins for a long time and I finally picked this one up a year or two ago. The price of gold was high when I bought it but sometimes I see something and I get stuck on it until it's mine!! 112.gif

Heres my latest offering, picked this up with some BTC foam 1979 B/U Krugerrand
as I have been trying to match certain life events with the year they happened
this one wasn't that difficult with a population of 4,952,555 its actually one of the
highest populated years which is a good thing.

This particular year (1979 ) represents graduating from Junior High, what will next month bring !

Here's a beautiful Mexican Gold Coin I received yesterday! I had one of these coins back in early 2002/03 and I sold it right here on this coin forum for $300 like a dumba$$! :D Anyways, I needed the money at the time so now this is embarrassing to say but I had to pay a tad over double for this one! Ouch! :inpain: It sucks but I live and I learn, I hate when that happens! :)

Don't be too hard on yourself.
Some of that learning is expensive.
Very nice, I always forget that those come in fractional sizes and dont have any myself.

Yeah, glad it hasn't happened to me on any other gold coin I truly wanted! :D
