My view is that - maybe - possibly could hit $50 per oz. However that's hardly a huge windfall if you been paying $38 for an ASE.

I think its crazy when I hear $250-1000/oz on social media.

Keep in mind there are a lot of closed silver
mines, so if things were going to get going
you would put allot more on the market
driving the price back down, with the pandemic who knows what the new normal
    will be ?

BitCoin weakness helping gold. You could make a case for another 40% drop in BitCoin.

The US Mint admitted there is a global silver shortage in the 2nd sentence of there announcement. The Sprott fund is currenty purchasing about one out of 6 ounces of silver that comes out of the ground. Current global mining output has dropped below 800 million ounces per year while just industry alone consumes about eight hundred million ounces ounces per year.
The Green new deal. infrastructure plans made and future of solar and electric everything will consume vast amounts of silver while demand is at an all time high and growing. So do the math :) There isn't enough Silver to go around.

It's going way past 50$ and it will happen this year. JMHO

Silver just may surprise everyone and pull a Palladium move. Good luck to all;)

My view is a bit different, I think ounces will be selling for $50 per oz., soon with all the Youtube hype going on about it. Whether the spot price will ever hit $50 per oz. or not, I just don't know. PM's are in a completely different world than than they were 3 years ago, I think all would agree with that statement! :D

Gold would have to be at $2,500/oz. and/or BitCoin probably has to get crushed for that to happen.

Didn’t say all, I am pretty diversified, more so
then most, but when I see opportunity I go
for it, BTC under 40K is a really good deal :)

Here is something to think about regarding today's Gold and Silver prices and inflation. Considering the price of Silver at It's high in 1980 at $50

What is $50 in 1980 worth in today's money? Adjusted for inflation, $50.00 in 1980 is equal to $169.80 in 2021. Annual inflation over this period was 3.03%.

Silver is currently trading atv$28 spot and averaging $34 an ounce with premiums.
So ask yourself are the current price and premiums of PM"S really that high ? They look artificially low to me. Seems like everything has drastically increased in price exept PM"S.

Not sure what your basing that on ?
generic or boutique, ASEs are averaging
    $41 across the board that’s a $12 premium !
that’s why I stick to 10OZ generic bars
    Easier on the wallet...LOL

It isn't except that there's generally an inverse relationship between them, a falling dollar is good for gold (makes it chaper in foreign currencies, inflationary, etc.).
