1st. do you have a msn or hot mail account?

2nd. yes go to bingsearch and type in bullion or gold coins

then it will take you to a page E bay is generaly up top. Next click on it!

then you'll see a green banner with a gold circle in the circle it will tell you the % cash back. when you go to e bay you should see the green banned on the top of your page with the cash back amount in the circle IE 8% 15 % today it's back to 8 % I just checked. Then find an item you wish to buy ....BUT it must be a BUY IT NOW not auction bid item. make your purchase in a few miniutes you'll get a e mail both to your e mail addy and via E Bay messages that you may get cash back... this depends on one your Pay Pal account and if you have signed up in Msn / Bing for your cash back account. You can do a search and get the instructions . after you buy the item pay in 60 days you'll get the % sent to your Pay Pal account. However if you return the item ..... you'll need to pay Back the amount awarded to you Just remember like the e bay bucks it returned you loose the money or will ahve to pay it back. Like I said you can find all sorts of things not only on e bay but other merchants that are in the program. The amounts vary depending on the store / merchant and any speicals Bing is running . Yesterday I got 15 % once before I got 14 % with a $200 cap per purchase and a $2500 per year....do your math sometimes it's better to buy two and get back like 120.00 and then buy the another for ......another $120 back instead of just making one purchase of 2 and getting back only $200.00 if that makes sense? Also remember you ger e bay bucks too the total between cash Back and your e bay bucks helps save you $$$ IE item at $500 x 8%= $40.00 cash back then you get another 2 % e bay bucks $500.00 x2 %=$10.00 total you'll save $50.00 on a $500. purchase. thus your item only cost you $450.00 I hope this helps like I said I have used the cash back for alot of things I have purchased both on e bay and other web stores.
