No juice but the utilities are in front right on the road although I may go photovoltaic as the minimum electric charge anymore is rather stiff and I don&#039;t expect I&#039;ll be needing much.</p><p>Those are cottonwood trees in the pic so I&#039;ll have some pleasant shade when taking a break from doing all or some of the above.
