Cost ratios would be crazy to enforce on something like this. Plus as ive said, even if they did care that much about it, they wouldnt be willing to jeopardize future transactions from me that does result in them making money especially when ive made 1000+ purchases over the last 10-12 years. Maybe 50 have I found it necessary to skirt ebay in one way or another. That leaves 950 transactions that they have made plenty of money from on my behalf.
