Simply beautiful. A true ancient gem. Way to go @TIF The rarity, the amazing reverse and the beautiful Amphitrite all add up to just to me. This coin, or one like it not in such pristine condition as yours, has been at the very top of my look out for list. I bid on one a while ago and got smoked! I have my "if I had a million bucks list": Sulla's dream, Eid Mar, the Gordians. But this is one I will eventually own and treasure.
IMPOSTER!!(misattributed, thru no fault of her own ) ..i have been informed by the kind, knowledgeable (and discreet) Roman Collector that this is actually Herennia Etruscilla and not Otacilla Severa..(i still love her^^) ..so henceforth, she will be known for who she really is, Herennia Etruscilla, my apologies to her, you and a tip o de hat to RC.
I have a few Richards Richard I Coeur de Lion Richard II It's rather ugly, but groats of Richard II are much less common than his grandfather Edward III. I was very pleased to be able to get it.
