I enjoy living in the country, I enjoy growing my own food, I have solar power for environmental reasons not survivalist reason. I own some gold and silver so as to diversify my assets. I have water filtration because the water here is polluted with agricultural runoff, not because I think it may be needed for survivalist reasons. I did the experiment with the buried silver because I did not need it and the article I saw piqued my curiosity. Now that that curiosity has been satisfied there is no need to repeat it but I thought that others who had heard the same many be interested in the results.</p><p><br /></p><p>I could go on further like this but I hope I have made my point. I try to respect everyone's opinions (although sometimes it is hard) and do not automatically belittle those who do not agree with me. As my avatar says, I do like to play devil's advocate sometime but the intention is to try to get people to think outside the little box they live in. So for those of you who having nothing good to say about those who do not embrace your lifestyle I have two things to say: you live your way and let others live theirs; try to think outside the box occasionally and you will see a whole new world, one which you may not understand but which you could learn to appreciate.</p><p><br /></p><p>Getting along with and trying to understand people of different beliefs, religions and cultures, etc. is, in my opinion, part of living a successful life.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
