Eby sends me a second chance offer on a gold nugget I put in a lowball offer on. I had questioned the seller before when it was a live listing about whether the nugget was a natural nugget or other (Questioning the little pot marks on the back side) I asked the seller again whether the nugget was a natural nugget or other (Questioning the little pot marks on the back side) and he wrote back that it was sold. My question is in the second picture, does this look like a natural nugget or fabricated nugget. The few gold nuggets I have found in the wild didn't have any little pot marks/gas bubbles.
Not that i have seen allot, but the ones i have seen have a more smooth texture minus the air holes or bubbles, just my two cents.
The photo looks to have "folds" in it, which would be completely absent on a nugget that was panned for. This is evident in the first photo. The gas holes in the second make me wonder if it's even gold...
