Doubled die? And?

Hi all. I'm new to cointalk. Learning to recognize errors. Help is appreciated. Please tell me:
1) is the 1956 a doubled die mintmark? Hard to get good photo.
2) the 1955 has a thin strip of extra metal underneath one of the 5s in the date. Is this considered an error. If yes, What is this called?
