I'm not sure what "resorses" you mean here, but since you speak of potential trouble, I presume you mean "resorses" that give you methods of dealing with fraud, theft, and overcharges. If that's the case, then you are incorrect. Credit cards offer no more or different avenues of restitution in such situations than debit cards do. Er...yes.. Well, yes. The process costs them money. It's an expense they incur ONLY when offering YOU a method of payment YOU chose because of its convenience to YOU. Why SHOULDN'T they pass that charge on? So they took your order, and then said "We won't take your order?" Er...what? What was this "huge fee" anyway? Have you an exact amount? So, despite you asserting they would NOT take your order, they did...and you PLACED it in light of the charge...and then changed your mind. Gee...One can only wonder why they don't wish to accept payment from you in the form of a method that incurs extra expense. Doesn't sound as though you had any here either...other than your naive expectation that the charges incurred for using credit should be paid by someone other than yourself. Er...I'm confused...what reaction are we supposed to have to the revelation that you love debt? A car salesman that wanted to sell cars? You can't be serious. But not with your own, apparently. Kitco, provident Metals, Mint products, the US Mint...none of these businesses exist? What, exactly, is a 'case action suit"...and why would one be filed...and against whom? ===================== The bulk of you are pretty disgusting, really. Acting as though Apmex "owes" somebody a certain pricing level, or sales structure, because it's just unfair for them to make a huge profit. Give me a break. Their job is to make as much money as they possibly can. They sold 1,000 units in 19 hours...Pretty sure they haven't over estimated the market or priced themselves out of it. They accurately described the products offered, sold them for the price they advertised, and unless we hear otherwise, we presume they'll deliver them in a timely fashion, as they have a reputation of doing. Sorry we can't all afford them. Lots of us can't afford lots of things we want. You'll get over it. Or, you'll get all butt-hurt about it, and run around posting on internet forums about filing case action suits. Either way, pretty sure Apmex isn't all that worried.
