You would probably be better off buying three or four times a year when you see some dips in the market because you see a distinct benefit from lower shipping costs and well timed purchases save you some money which may cover the entire shipping cost. </p><p> </p><p>As it was said earlier in this thread silver is undervalued - when silver was priced proportionately with gold it was between1/20 and 1/35 the price of gold. It dropped off considerably with the Gold Rush in the western US.
