The investigations have to do with the unscrupulous practices of some private businessmen who have been taking advantage of the naive people. The same thing would happen regardless of the form the money was in just like it has in similar situations throughout history. They are not exempt, they don&#039;t have somebody that will magically put food on their tables and feed their kids any more than you do. And they&#039;re just as scared of it as you are.
