Thanks, Alegandron I notice with the Rome mint shrine type they tended to render Romulus's head smaller and more childlike than Ostia.
Better late than never, I guess. Here is a nearly fully silvered quarter follis of Romulus. The coin is about half way between an AE3 and 4 (AE3/4) at 15x17mm and 1.33g. I was reluctant to show it earlier due to trouble getting an acceptable image. The surfaces tend to scatter the light hitting them. I'll keep working on it, but I thought I should show you that such a thing exists. Quarter-Follis. Rome mint, officina Q(uarta). RIC VI Rome 239 Obv: DIVO ROMVLO NVBIS CONS Bare head right. Rev: AETERNAE MEMORIAE / R Q Domed hexastyle temple; on roof, eagle standing right, head left. The coin is a scaled down version of what I showed earlier from Ostia.
Neat little coin, I think the pic you took makes the coin look good highlighting legends/devices giving great eye appeal.
The reverse of these coins is rather a mausoleum. I described it on my blog. Unfortunately, it is only in Polish. https://romaeaeternae.blogspot.com/2018/03/maksymian-mauzoleum-dynastyczne.html
