Every couple of days or so I get an email notification of new ancients added to Ma-Shops dealers’ inventories. Problem is, these coins are always several hundreds to thousands of dollars and so are never within my immediate budget, so the emails basically are no better than spam to me. I have all email notifications from them set to “Off” but the emails still get sent. Can these be disabled? Should I simply mark these as spam? Or at least there be some way to lower the price range of these notifications so I only get cheaper new additions? Thanks for any help.

To keep this legal, here’s a coin of mine that would be expensive enough for these emails (if it was being offered):

Marcian, Eastern Roman Empire

AV solidus

Obv: D N MARCIA-NVS P F AVG, diademed, helmeted and cuirassed three-quarter facing bust, holding spear over shoulder and shield decorated with horseman

Rev: VICTORI-A AVGGG, Victory standing left, holding long jeweled cross, star in right field

Mint: Constantinople

Mintmark: CONOB

Date: 450-457 AD

Ref: RIC 510

Size: 4.46 gr., 21 mm
