Did I just get had with this silver bar?

To give you a fine example, I purchased some Credit Suisse silver 10gram bars, still encased in there original plastic for 2$ over spot per ounce. Come to find out these are extremely rare and sell for about $2 a gram on ebay. I almost fell out of my chair when I saw what they were going for. Just by digging through the so called scrap bin I have also found some Dr. Peepers, Old frosty back Englehards, Gold overlaid ASE's, 1974 Liberty Lobby and so on people are collecting for more than PM value.
