This is a coin my son sent me a picture of. He said a coworker was wondering about it and why it would be there and what it represented. Any help appreciated

@MKent It was produced by someone who didn't have anything better to do. Some bidiots will pay a premium for something like this, but I sure wouldn't. It would be just as easy to make your own. Chris
