could you have your credit card force a refund if the mint re releases the reverse pf

    that is what they would investigate- if that contract was invalidated by issuing the coin in another context. The fact that mintages were published by the mint may hurt their case...but who knows

    It is possible to make a quick buck now and then. But I have many boxes of 2005 buffalo nickels to attest to the fact that you can lose also!

    I am not totally disagreeing with you - but publishing mintages on their website could tilt it in the other direction

    Maybe you don't understand. What the bank decides is completely irrelevant to any claims the mint or the buyer have on each other.
