Copper Stacking, Anyone?

    You could fill a whole room with copper and 5 years later won't be worth much more than what you paid. If there's anyone that has nickel bullion in bar form I'd like to get some.

    Picked this Tagus set up at a garage sale, thought I might try my hand at re-tinning the ones that need it.

    GH#75 Trying to get 8 hours of sleep in 4. . .

    I have around 30 pounds of copper pennies, so around $50 face value. Copper is now at around 3 cents a penny, so I'm going to keep stacking.

    you'd be miles ahead buying it as pipes and wire and reselling when prices take a leap

    As an A/C Mechanic in the early 80,s I brought home allot of scrap tubing at
    $1.05 a pound it added up quick, usually
    got around an extra $500 bonus each month
    which was pretty good back then.

    I was bored and on etsy one night and ordered a grab bag of random stuff. Mostly random wheat/indian pennies/nickels, some vial of what they claim is gold dust :bored:, etc. And this little feller. hah. Fun for a good laugh, at least.

    I do not collect them lol! For a friend that her brother at one time had a collection and these were in it. 12 copper and 16 silver.
