I'll tell... that won't hurt your eyes.

    5,066,400,000 ...

    In words, FivebillionsSixtysixmillionsFourhundredsTousands...

This is the number of the one cent coins produced in July 2017.

You do not have one of them in your pocket, do you?

It is a mess, isn't it?

One Cent is HEAVY to carry. Work.

    Coin and/or Money...

When it is a "money talk" people usually understand "economy talk", specificially, related to the "price".

In this thread with 23 pages, the term "price" was mentioned only once, on page17, in post#329, in this paragraph:

So, in this thread which is "pure learning", the talk is about the Money "itself", it is Not about the Money in the "Price".
The one cent is a good concrete thing to learn somethings.

Lets have a look at this picture:

    EuCent.jpg

Question: Is this "one cent" a Coin and/or Money?

Is this you? @Kentucky and @green18 like you.
You are confused? Normal, you don't view one cent as money.
It is not really circulated, it is not wanted by people, you don't call it money.
It is not really valuable, it is not wanted by collectors, you don't call it coin, either.
So, the one cent is unreal, neither a coin nor money, for you.
    Pure learning... Learn the cent.

Your answer to this question below (and, above)

depends on how "Erol" defines "circulation" ?

Ps: you having fun here is good, but, are all other members and non-members having fun with your such "non-Cents" funs?

You blind, this is Internet, a global virtual World.

No, I'm not having fun yet. Yes, I too and all members and non-members too may have fun, once all have one cent in their pockets. What do you think? This is utopic? To answer this, we need to answer this question first: "the one cent is a coin and/or money?"
