Three of the small flaps on the red envelopes holding the coins and COA were damaged and torn. All the coins with the airtights luckily remained in the envelopes.</p><p>All the coins/envelopes were loose on the bottom of the mailer box with inflated type of plastic packing material on top of them. Not very secure packing. </p><p>I called the Royal Mint customer service and voiced my concerns since this has happened before on previous orders from them.
