For a good many years I got into the ASE's Maple leafs, kooks, etc... etc... I did have at one time every ASE except the 95 w several of the 2008 rev.of 7 ,one still in 70. I must admit I did enjoy collecting them for about 20 plus years.....but storage and medal prices I sold off a good many ,and proofs too. However I kept a few ......sadly to say more from other countries ,and fewer ASE's as they are the same design year after year, and sort of got bored with them. Anyway who don't like purity silver coins.....large silver coins!Let's see them.
Nothing to show right now but I've been looking through my Krause catalogs so see if there is something new I could pursue. I'm thinking about the Isle of Man series of large silver coins. Need to get a DANSCO album or two before I start though.
Paddy, that Kangaroo is beautiful. I've been collecting silver bullion from several different countries for a few years now. Unfortunately older issues for several of the countries I collect make it impossible to complete a series. I have a complete ASE bullion set but not the proofs. I started collecting the Korean tigers and I really hope they continue.
I know these aren't 1oz. I have been buying these the last couple of years. These are 10oz but they make them in other sizes. The 10oz versions were made in low quantities (2500) so they have appreciated in value.
One of my favorite sets. 2014 Libertad 5 ounce down to 1/20th ounce The 2018 Antiqued finish Check out the link below to see my full collection of 1 ounce Silver Bullion. I have been collecting these for years.
