Than lastly there is fear, usually those acting out of fear are the suckers in any market, be it real estate, stocks, or precious metals... they are the great losers whom bought high and will be forced to sell when it is low and than cry when they hit poverty... instead of buying things when they are low and holding onto them until they are high, or atleast higher than that in which you paid.
