Are these really Gold Plated?

Has anyone ever seen these before? Are they really gold plated? Is so, wouldn't they be worth a lot more than $30??

it appears to be gold plated and probably imho not worth it...at least to me.

 

It takes only a few milligrams of gold to plate a coin, and even at today's prices, gold costs less than a nickel a milligram.

but there is a quite a few casino coin that do have a.999 Silver center with a brass outer rim
