I buy at my local bank I can buy / sell certificates and physical bullion through my bank. You may pay a little more but at least your order is safe.I recently purchased 100 oz of silver bullion coins. The coins arrived and are now tucked away in a safety deposit box.I simply picked them at at the bank and walked to the vault and deposited them.No worries about anything. I don't buy certificates because the capital gains tax rate on any profits can be up to 50%. Bullion is tax free. I deal with the T.D bank here in Canada but I think they have the same service in the U.S called T.D. Ameritrade. Be cautious with who you deal with as one of the companies you mentioned, Kitco, is in serious trouble with the Canadian government. As they say, better to deal with the devil you know than the devil you don't know.
