The best you can do is forecast out 6-12 months...if that. Fair value isn't simply the cost of pulling the mineral out of the ground. There are factors (e.g. interest rates) that can push fair value way below that...results, mines close. There are also factors (e.g. interest rates) that can push fair value way above that...results, mines open.
