Bomb the board with 4 threads within minutes of each other, then when don't get response to one keep bumping thread every couple of hours. Everyone that helped you thus far:
This is the only one I bumped. And I did it with pictures I thought might be better. In the other ones, if "bumping" means responding to people. Ok.
Are you selling these in your ebay store? You should probably give this folks a cut for doing your work for you if you are.
I don't have an ebay store and am not selling any of these. Just a collector trying to enjoy the hobby. If it upsets you so much, I'm sorry (not really) but you could easily keep scrolling.
Yes, @AdamL unknowingly violated the unwritten CoinTalk Ancients rule, of starting no more than 2 threads per day. However, I figured, he's new to the Ancients forum, so I decided not to bust his chops about it. If he kept doing it, over and over, then I would have eventually gently informed him, of the unwritten rule. Also, I am the person, who told him, that he should post higher resolution, clipped photos, so that's what he did.
Thank you for politely informing me of the unwritten rule and all of your other help. I really appreciate it.
Not So easily when you kick four posts off the front page. And what are you talking about?? https://www.cointalk.com/threads/how-to-set-a-reserve-price-on-ebay.202797/ Don't have an ebay store? This quote was from a while ago. Close up shop old top? Lol, *(not really) you 12?
Do you not know what an ebay store is? Guess not. Not to mention I said "I'm not selling any of these." Jesus, you sure are quick to throw stones when you don't even have the ability to comprehend what you read. You're just looking for reasons to bicker and showing your own stupidity.
Nice attempt at dogging the question and twisting words. Due to the fact that you don't have a "store" must absolve you from actually being a seller on ebay. Just be up front Adam. edited
I'm with Ryro here. Basic etiquette says that you only post no more than 2 posts a day, and no "ID this" posts that are very easily identified. In Adam's defense, this is a tough one to identify. In his non-defense, the other 3 are very easy to identify, and don't warrant separate posts. I admit that I have personally posted some coins for ID help that I then listed on ebay. However, my post history shows that I am a true collector, and have contributed greatly to this forum. So, long story short, nobody will fault for a true head-scratching coin, but once you post too many, or the coins are too simple, then you do sort of warrant some criticism. Ryro chastised me once for posting too many posts in one day. I said sorry, bumped some older posts up, and didn't do it again.
Anyways, Adam, your coin looks similar to this one of mine, attributed to Antigonos II Gonatos from either Pella or Amphipolis.
