    How 'bout a winged inanimate object? Triptolemos's chariot is winged and drawn by snakes.

    Nike is of course winged. Here is my almost complete set of early Nabataeans, modeled after the staters of Alexander the Great. Only one is missing from this composite, which arrived a few days ago and hasn't been photographed yet.
