I agree the seller in CW made his ad's sound like he was a part of the US Mint & that is copyright infringement. for the last 2 year W/Lincoln rolls & the 100th Anniversary 2009 is when Moy should have stepped in then not now!

When Ngc scared removes series name of the from there label that was helping to promoting a new the series.
but as always in this case a year to late.

My silver NGC PF70 graded set has the "America the Beautiful" on the label. I guess NGC stopped doing so but did not have a recall of ones already issued. TC

 

Your set maybe like the red label 1stirkes TC?
now Ngc has change that label and removed the words" America the Beautiful Quarters" but the same colors are on the label
