LOL, grew up on farming, had my crispy-critters for breakfast, fed them to the dogs when mom was not looking, had to feed horses, cattle, and sheep... Used to catch everything I could find from turtles, crow, and owl, rabbits (my dogs hunted by chasing them down better than me with a 410 or .22!) Lotsa animals around me!

    Hello Alegandron,

Nice coins. It would be nice to see a larger/detailed image of the lifetime tet reverse. Did NGC happen to provide a mint location on their label?

Here is one of mine. It is posthumous from Babalon.

No mint listed, I assumed Makedonia... It is listed as a lifetime issue. I have several Drachmae and some Tets that are posthumous, but I HAD to get a "Lifetime". This is the only slabbed version that I have, and will probably "free" it sometime in the near future... I kinda like Alexandros 'o Megas' legacy!

It would be nice to see more detail on the reverse of your coin. If you ever take a better photo please post it in this thread.

Here is my lifetime tet (reverse). This one is from an unknown mint. The snake-in-a-bowl monogram was used on coins from a few different mints.

I will take another photo. Learning photography now, so bear with me as I am a novice to photography, especially macro coins.
    Nice Lifetime of yours!

Yes I photographed the coins that I post. Sorry that I only posted the reverses. It is the reverse of your coin that I was focusing my attention.

Here are the obverse & reverse of the two tetradrachms I just posted.

Collect89: I tried using my digital microscope, however the LED lights interfered with the slab. Dougsmit suggested I use books to prop my mobile camera. See my crude photos from that... I just received a photo copy stand today, and have not set it up. If you cannot determine what you are looking for from these terrible photos, I will later try with a Nikon D40 and the stand. However, I have not set up adequate lighting quite yet. I am horrible at photos (my wife is a semi-pro, but she is travelling for the rest of the week). Please let me know! Thank you VERY much for your kind help and assessment.

LOL, I just don't like wearing anything at all! Then there is NOTHING to change! Even my Avatar is nekked! Just like many of the Greek Coins (Republican Rome were too prudish!)
