They&#039;ve been trying to sell the home for 3 years with no buyers.</p><p><br /></p><p>Finally Peter decided to purchase the home because it&#039;s too much of a bargain at this point, even though he believes it still has a little left to go down but it&#039;s a price decline that he&#039;s willing to absorb....</p><p><br /></p><p>There were some VERY close times I was going to purchase another home, I&#039;ve even gone as far as to put in an offer and get approved. The only thing that stopped me were the sellers refusing my bid. </p><p><br /></p><p>If they accepted, I would have been underwater with the way RE has dropped....amazing!</p><p><br /></p><p>And to add, I would have had no available cash to be looking into PM&#039;s!!!</p><p><br /></p><p>All of my cash would have been pouring into a very expensive monthly home loan at an ever decreasing home valuation!!![/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
