I don't get the rules. Yemen is directly north of Somaliland, the northwest section of the map highlighted in blue. Oman is east of Yemen.

 

Saudi Arabia, north of Oman. The coin is actually under the name of Abd Al-Aziz bin Sa'ud as King of Hejaz and Sultan of Nejd

 

Sorry. My mistake. I missed the Somaliland coin. I thought it was still Kenya. I shouldn't read this before my first cup of coffee.

 

I'm not sure if this is a foul or not. Is it legit to head up the Gulf of Arabia from Saudi Arabia to get to Israel? Let's say from Haql to Eilat for instance?
